Each order is processed by Bogiki within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from the time you receive your order confirmation email. Once your order has been shipped, we’ll send you another email so you can track the journey of your favorite coloring book.
Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout, providing you with the exact cost before you complete your order.
We use USPS to deliver all orders. Once your order leaves our warehouse, the shipping company takes over the delivery process. Don’t forget, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can easily follow your coloring book as it makes its way to you!
As soon as your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. Just click it to see exactly where your coloring book is along its delivery route.
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order via email at studio@bogiki.com. We’ll help make sure your book arrives at the right place!
If you change your mind before your order has shipped, you can cancel at any time. If the order has already been shipped, please refer to Bogiki’s refund policy for the next steps.
If your order arrives damaged, please refuse delivery if possible and contact our customer service immediately. If the package was delivered while you weren’t home, please notify us so we can guide you on what to do next.
