Digital Coloring Books

Since digital coloring books are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all digital product purchases are non-refundable after purchase.

We encourage you to carefully review each product description before completing your purchase to ensure it meets your expectations.

Membership Refunds

Bogiki Coloring Club memberships are billed on a recurring subscription basis, giving members continuous access to exclusive monthly digital collections and other membership benefits.

Because these benefits become available immediately at the beginning of each billing cycle, membership subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle has started, whether or not all membership benefits have been used.

Please review your membership plan carefully before subscribing or renewing your membership.

Subscription Renewal

To ensure uninterrupted access to your membership benefits, auto-renewal is enabled by default when you subscribe to Bogiki Coloring Club.

Your membership will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle using your original payment method unless auto-renewal is turned off before your next renewal date.

If you prefer to manage your subscription manually, you can disable auto-renewal at any time from your account dashboard before your next billing date.

Please note that turning off auto-renewal will not cancel or refund your current billing period. Your membership benefits will remain available until the end of your active subscription.

If you experience a technical problem that prevents you from accessing or downloading a product you have purchased, please contact our support team at studio@bogiki.com before requesting a refund.
